– Doorstep Collection: We’ll collect your dog on foot from your doorstep.
– Walk Duration: 1-2 hours.
Weather and Cancellations
– Weather Conditions: No walks in extreme weather conditions.
– Same-Day Cancellations: Charges apply.
– Credits: Only given if we fail to collect due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:
– Bad weather
– Walker injury or illness

Before booking our dog walking service, please ensure your dog meets the following requirements:

1. Socialization: Dogs must be socialized and good with people and other dogs.
2. Walking Assessment: A mandatory assessment walk is required before regular walks. Purchase only one walk to schedule this assessment.
3. Leash Training: Dogs must be able to walk on a leash from house to mountain.
4. Off-Leash: Dogs must be able to walk off-leash on the mountain.
5. Up-to-Date Vaccinations: All vaccinations must be up to date.
6. Equipment: Owners must provide leads and harnesses in good condition.
7. Age Restriction: Dogs must be at least 6 months old.
8. Spayed/Neutered: All dogs must be spayed or neutered.
