How to Register with Poochy Coo
Getting your brak signed up for Cape Town's most epic dog adventures is easier than teaching them to sit! Follow these simple steps:

Follow along with the video or use our step-by-step guide below!
Enter Your Email Address
Start by entering your email address in our Online Booker. This becomes your unique customer ID with us.
Pro tip: Use an email you'll remember! Multiple emails create duplicate accounts, and nobody has time for that nonsense.
Create Your Account
Add your full name, create a strong password, and agree to our terms and conditions. Then click "Continue" to get the party started!
Navigate to My Account
Once your password is set, head to the "My Account" page. If you land on the booking page first, just click the "My Account" link in the upper right corner.
Complete Your Profile
Click the "My Account" tab on the left menu and fill in your details. Don't forget to hit "Save Details" when you're done!
🚨 Important:
Fields in RED are mandatory. Complete ALL red fields or your info won't save and you'll have to start over. Nobody wants that headache!
Add Your Brak's Information
Navigate to "My Pets" and click the "+Add a pet" button. Time to tell us about your four-legged legend!
Pro tip: Add a cute photo so we know which gorgeous brak to expect at the gate!
Fill in Pet Profile Details
Complete all the mandatory fields for your dog. We need this info to give them the absolute best care during their adventures with us.
Upload Vaccination Records - REQUIRED!
This step is mandatory for all Poochy Coo adventures:
- Select "Vaccinated" from the dropdown menu
- Click the "View Vaccines" button
- Tick the box next to each vaccine record
- Upload vaccination documents using the paper icon (REQUIRED by Poochy Coo!)
- Update expiry dates for each vaccination
- Click "Save" when complete

We REQUIRE uploaded vaccination documents for all dogs. No exceptions! We keep our pack healthy and safe.

What Happens During the Assessment?
Your dog gets to meet our pack, explore our facility, and show us their personality. We check:
- How they interact with other dogs
- Their energy levels and fitness
- Any special needs or preferences
- Their readiness for Cape Town adventures
⏰ Assessment Schedule:
Full day or half day minimum - 4 hours minimum
Drop-off: Between 8am - 10am
Collection: Anytime after 2pm - 6:30pm
Meet & Greet: Staff introduction and service overview on arrival
